We assist in the resolve of team in fighting. Negative behavior such as bullying, isolating an individual/s, gossiping will cause a loss of business. The motivation to be loyal to a business where there is harrasing behavior could be severly affected resulting in lower production, physical ailments due to undue emotional stress and possible long term individual disability due to harrasing behavior from a co worker. Don't forget, no customer or patient likes to come into an angry environment.
We assist in the creative process of healthy happy teams by addressing the sensitive issues in an office. We use a technique you may have heard called the white elephant in the room. Together we will identify and discuss the core problem/s.
Your instincts will help you in identifying if your office is caught up in ignoring the white elephant in the room. If you think there is chaos among your staff, there probably is. Staff members whispering to each other, leaving one or more staff members out of conversations or lunch invitations. It may seem petty but to the staff member who is being isolated it is devastating.
